Procurement of Sound systems, sound equipments, high end IT products, light projection systems of film processing companies
Worked in Film processing companies, cinema chains only

Supplier Research -
Vendor Development
Ensuring Purchases against defined approvals
Product techno-Commercial comparatives
Supply Follow-ups and deliveries
Ensuring Installations in time
QC at required levels
Internal Customer reverts
Coordinating with the logistics executive to ensure statutory compliance formalities like insurance declarations are in place
Rate control
Vendor performance control
Timeline/delivery management
Overseeing the distribution of the materials to various sites as per the decided schedules in conjunction with the supply chain department
Value Addition to existing systems by either increasing value for money or efficiency- Higher ROI
Co-ordinate with internal divisions and down the line for smooth
Functioning of all processes.
