Job Description
Candidate should be Any Graduate preferably with post graduation or MBA degree
3-5 yrs experience
Knowledge of Marketing, seminars, promotional activities, BD
Worked for Immigrations or Education
To identify and recruit and manage the expected number of potential marketing executive and sr. marketing executives motivating the team of consultants and achieving the sales targets.
Conducting out the various marketing activities.
Generating business through team.
Generation of the qualified applicants and preparing budgets for the actions to be taken.
Taking seminars at branch level and conducting it at various locations.
Responsible for setting monthly goal for the team and monitoring them.
Train and motivate them to achieve the sales target and also responsible business issuance
Ability to source Insurance and Investment and cross sell other products.
To introduce and acquire new clients from the identified target segment.
Proficient in implementing effective strategies to enhance business excellence and achieve sales and profit targets.
Expertise in building and maintaining healthy business relations with high net worth clients and major corporate houses.
Strong communication, collaboration and team building skills in a productive manner.
Complete responsible for checking and KYC of all applications for all selling's products sourced by sales team.
