Job Description
Candidate should be Preferably LLB Graduate / Graduate in any discipline / Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engg.
Total Experience 8 yrs , Relevant Exp – 4 yrs
Knowledge of Land Acquisition for Telecom Tower
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Develop and liaison with the vendors and local / civil authorities
Ensuring Site Acquisition within Clusters as per project time lines
Manage Site Acquisition Officers in the Clusters and guide / train them in procedures
Should possess thorough working knowledge of Lease / Rent / Acquisition agreements
Adequate understanding of law of land and acquisition/legal procedures required.
Prepare weekly / monthly MIS
Must have exposure to legal aspect of properties and sound knowledge of the State.
Motivate and Mobilise the Procurement with Effectiveness and Maintain Relationship with the Govt Agencies and Land Owners.
Take care of documentation and would facilitate and guide team members.
Deal with Land Lords and Brokers, Procure desire land at cost effective price.
