Job Description :-
Be familiar with actual environment and digital map
Post processing tool evaluation and setup
Responsible for drive test data post-processing
Responsible for drive test data analysis
Responsible for RNP problem tracker update and issue CR
Responsible for meeting target DT KPIs
Provide technical solution for problem identified
Cooperate with DT coordinator and DT Engineer
Cooperate with RNO Engineer for details problem analysis
Cooperate with Implementation or Troubleshooting team for problem solving or customer complain
Output DT analysis report
Responsible for Performance Measurement Analysis
Analyze traffic statistic data focusing on the KPI items which agreed with customers
Responsible for generating all Performance Measurement Statistics to the RNO and RO Team
Responsible for maintaining network performance in an accepable level during maintaince phase (if available)
Responsible for Performance data connection to Nastar
Responsible for RNO problem tracker update and issue CR
Responsible for meeting target Performance KPIs
Provide technical solution for problem identified
Cooperate with RNO Engineer for details problem analysis
Cooperate with Implementation or Troubleshooting team for problem solving or customer complain
Output Performance KPI analysis report
