Should have good exposure in life insurance
Looking after agency channel recruitment
Knowledge in Team Handling, Business Development
Managing Sales and making efforts towards the revenue generation .
Setting up individual target and motivating the team for achievement
Experience in exploring and developing markets/ clients, thereby accelerating growth & achieving desired sales target.
Managing customer relationship & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
Proficient at analyzing market trends to provide critical inputs for business development initiatives and formulation of selling and marketing strategies.
Query / Instruction pre-processing, suggest opportunities for improving workflow
