Job Description

Candidate should be BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech (Telecom / Electrical / Civil ) .Knowledge of Quality standards like ISO/Six Sigma
1 - 3 years of experience in Telecom Industry
Exposure in Quality Check , QA Plan , Quality Issue

Roles & Responsibilities: -
Collect site ID from planning team and visit the site before start of work for verifying the workable condition.
Start visiting sites as defined in QA Plan
Supervise the critical activities along with Site Supervisor
Recommend changes wherever necessary
Determining the activities that do not meet the required specifications, standards or the defined methods.
Identifying the inefficient and ineffective processes, policies and standards being used on the project.
Correcting the deficiencies so as to reduce the cost of quality and increase the percentage acceptance level of the final product by the customer.
Identifying the problem areas, constraints and non-value added activities during process operations.
Analyzing the problem areas and recommend the corrective actions wherever required.
Carrying out Root cause analysis and planning preventive actions for similar problems
Making changes to the Quality Plan, Processes, policies, metrics etc as per recommendations.
Using appropriate tools for all the activities so as to get effective results.
Ensure only calibrated equipments are being used
Recording the learning’s so that it can be helpful in future endeavors.
Imparting training to the project people
Verify for the punch point clearance.
Carry out partner evaluation based on their work
Check for calibration frequency of the equipments
MIS reporting
Verify the completion of corrective actions suggested
Certify the site for installation
Collect the photographs of the site and maintain in site folder.
Verify the site folder for all warranty certificates
Confirm that all the work is completed as per scope of work
