Responsibilities including developing the region Business
Managing the Region Day to Day Operation
Plan & coordinate activities with Branch heads, HNI Clients & Important franchisees
Chase goals for Market share
Train and motivate team members
Develop markets for new alternate products
Supervise and guide the regions performance
Coordinating closely with HNI’s for business
