Job Description
Candidates should be B.Tech in machnical / electronic
Production Management-
Managing production related tasks including planning, control and trouble shooting.
Achieving production targets and achieved the same within time and cost parameters.
Optimising man & machine utilisation to achieve pre set production targets.
Implementing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and develop guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor.
Looking after the safety and housekeeping at work place during production and maintenance activities.
Maintenance Management -
Planning the effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Expenditures and work within the budget.
Knowledge of ERP - SAP is a must
