GM (Sales):-
Should have 10-12 Years of Experience in IT Sales
Last 5-6 Years should have been working in Govt & PSU Sales
Should have an understanding of System Integration & IT Solution Business
Should have an existing Network with Govt Departments and PSU Decision Makers
Should have Achieved a Revenue target of atleast 50 Crores in each of the last 2 Years
Responded to RFP, Corporate Presentations
Identification of Policy level Changes in Government and their impact on IT Requirement of Government Departments / PSU
Identification of Leads
Individual Target besides a Team Target
Understanding of IT Solution
Salary Range: 20-25 Lakh ; on 70:30 Ratio and a Target of 80 Crore
DGM GM (Sales):-
Should have 5-6 Years of Experience in IT Sales
Last 2-3 Years should have been working in Govt & PSU Sales
Should have an understanding of System Integration & IT Solution Business
