Job Description
Candidate should be Degree or Diploma in Automobile / EE / Mechanical
4-5 Yrs of experience in Automobile industry
Age: 25-30 Yrs
To analyze the technical complaints of the Engine in the field & rectify defects in engines.
Handling customer complaints related to engine their components.
Attending field issues/failures (at dealer end) analyzing the problem and rectifying the same.
Analyzing failed engines and components received from customer.
Conducting Cross-functional team meetings to find the root cause.
Finding root cause for the problems and making corrective & preventive actions along with CFT.
Informing the customer regarding acceptance / rejection of warranty engines, transmissions & components.
Auditing shop floor against customer complaints.
Effective tracking of build issues, PRR and field issues.
Daily tracking and updating of PCR (Product complaint report) received from customer for field failures.
Ensure timely closure of Customer complaint (PRR) and updating actions taken
Ensure timely submission analysis report of field failures report to customer.
Warranty sign-off with customer regarding acceptance and rejection of claim.
Sending back warranty engine, transmission & parts back to customer in case of rejection of warranty complaint.
Sending material to concerned supplier for investigation in case of issue related to supplier.
Sending the replacement of failed parts to HML ,PAL& Lancer in case of any build issue reported.
Tracking of customer PPM, PRR, field and build issue and updating in customer bulletin.
Conducting weekly warranty review meeting and taking decision for components received. Providing minutes to concerned departments and customer and follow-up for actions.
