Job Description
Candidate should be Any B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc
Total IT exp. 4 - 10 years (depending on the Grade) & minimum 5 years of experience in Self Care, Portals, POS, Kiosk etc support
Primary Responsibility -
Analyze/understand user requirements, provide guidance to the team and expert on Portal
Operation and maintenance of a web-portal including data quality control, customer operations process development and documentation
Support the development, operation and maintenance of Customer Operations system.
Co-ordination of the development, implementation and maintenance of Customer Operations Systems which support the Order Fulfillment process
Shared co-ordination with Marketing & Sales and IT in the development, implementation and maintenance of Customer Operations Systems which support the Customer Linking process
