Job Description
Candidate should be Post Graduate
5 - 7 years of experience in marketing management
Past experience in regional or trade marketing roles is a must.
Should have experience of handling a team as well as working with external vendors and agencies.
Should have experience in appointing and handling vendors & agencies in regional hubs
Experience in a reputed FMCG / consumer goods or services company, in a regional / trade / retail marketing role is desirable
To develop & execute regional marketing strategies for driving business growth & customer acquisition for the nationwide retail network of MMT.
To coach & drive a team of regional marketing executives across 5 regions to deliver on business acquisition objectives for branches in their respective regions.
Coach the team of executives & support them with tools to develop alliances with regional media companies, trade chambers, clubs, appoint vendors and agencies for supporting the execution of ground events & activities.
Plan and execute marketing co-promotion with local /national retailers.
Conceptualize and develop promotions, initiatives & merchandise to support the same for retail office and affiliates.
Ensure execution of local marketing activities in accordance with national marketing plan including creation of creative & execution templates.
Support the regional marketing initiatives as well as B2B & corporate sales initiatives with creative, concepts, selling aids etc.
