10-15 yrs of experience
Worked for Telecom, Banking, BPO & It domain
Overall operational responsibility of CI Track, i.e. CRM, Self Care, Corporate/ Intranet Portals, POS, Dealer Management etc.
Setting up operation, support & monitoring process for CI
Configuration of tariff plans for CRM
Configuration and management of POS and Dealer Management Systems
Creation and Maintenance of users and access levels of users as per Etisalat policies
Creation of various trouble ticket codes in CRM
Updation of Intranet and self care portal
Management and Maintenance and number inventory system and coordination with network and provisioning teams
