Candidate should be Any Graduate
10+ yrs of experience in Estate Management
In charge of all agricultural operations of an Estate. Ensuring the productivity and cost effectiveness as per the desired standards and to ensure the labour welfare
Responsible for the Agricultural operations, Production, Raw material Quality & Cost Control.
Man – Management, Labour safety & Welfare
Provide Leadership to the Executives, Staff and Workers of the Estate
Training of Staff and workmen
Handling Industrial Relations of the estates
Ensuring the proper utilization of hospitals/Dispensaries
Liaison with Local Trade Union leaders and Govt Officials
Benchmarking and implementation of best practices
Knowledge of Agricultural Science
