Job Description
• Candidate should be BE Civil / Mechanical / Electrical
• 6 - 10+ yrs of experience
• Experience in Civil and Infrastructure Projects.
• Providing specialized advice on Health, Safety and Environment Issues, both on site and off site, to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Preparing and implementing e Safe Work methods, drawing Emergency preparedness plan and conducting Job Safety analysis to minimize risk and ensure incident free work execution.
• Periodically conducting training programs for the employees to generate awareness on safety and acquaint them the safety methods and procedures.
• Conducting Daily and weekly Inspection of different areas and to highlight USA / USC etc.
• Conducting investigations of the accidents to indentify the root cause and initiating preventive measures to have accident free work environment.
• Arranging Health and Other checks of the new workmen.
• The customers services include; SBC, Indian Navy, and Heavy Engineering division of our own company.
• Awarded with Bi Annual HSE trophy for the period Oct 08 to Mar 09 for best implementation of Integrated Management Systems keeping the project incident free
• Provided leadership to team comprising - two front line Sr. Safety Supervisors, twenty Safety stewards and twenty six fire sentries to realize optimum productivity levels.
• Male candidate should apply
