Job Description
• Candidate should be Graduate
• 1-5 yrs of experience in direct selling of Veterinary Medicines
• Male candidate should apply
• Job location Mumbai / Pune /Panipat/Rohtak ( For North India,West India )
• Achieve the major sales targets set for the designated territory and the stated objectives of profitability and growth and expand the customer base; he who ensures the overall development of sales of the companies products by providing high quality and continued services to all the customers.
• To support the key account of the sales person in each territory either large dairy farms or co-operative societies by doing reformulations of feeds.
• Conducting trials to demonstrate the benefits of the program.
• Organize seminars locally to educate farmers on total nutrition platform.
• Report market activity, to the regional Managers and readily serve all the top accounts each based in the region.
• Additional responsibility is to train the sales team technically and provide adequate knowledge of ruminant to the internal and external customers continuously.
• The critical role of technical executive is to establish the need for the Company products and programs.
• To serve and walk the customers through options and concern phase to decision.
