Candidate should be Any Graduate
Minimum 3 years of experience
Exposure to Banassurance Insurance
Worked in Banking / Financial / Insurance
One point contact for all issues relating to Insurance for the Branch.
Planning and implementing strategies for achieving targets with increased growth.
Motivating and maintaining relations with team and keeping their hopes high and alive.
Conducting training programmes on products and selling skills.
Providing the team new and creative ideas to generate data base and keeping them active and engage with some or other activities.
Going on joint calls with RMs and others for HNI’s or critical calls.
Coordinating between all channels of the Bank for Insurance Business and solving their quires related to Insurance.
