Job Description
• Candidate should be Graduate
• 1-5 yrs of experience in direct selling of Veterinary Medicines
• Male candidate should apply
• Achieve the major sales targets set for the designated territory and the stated objectives of profitability and growth and expand the customer base, he who ensures the overall development of sales of the company’s products by providing high quality and continued services to all our customers.
• Candidates should have direct selling exp and not channel sales.
• Need to ensure growth in the business as per overall Sales Strategy Plans.
• Identify opportunities for new products and establishing new markets for existing and new products.
• Ability to achieve sales targets set out as per the annual sales plan.
• Ensure sales expenses kept within budgets.
• Ensure the trade discounts and credit period are allowed within approved limits.
• Strictly ensure that trade out standings are collected within the specified time frame.
• Required to send weekly comprehensive reports on calls made and results obtained.
• Monitor and report on market activity, competitor activity and new products.
• To develop and constantly update a database on competitors and products.
• Regular contacts to be maintained with customers. Ensure customers are satisfied with level of service and products supplied.
• To develop and constantly update a database of existing and potential customers.
• Need to assist in locating customers to conduct trials.
• Product support to the technical personnel for conducting demonstration and trials.
• Should assist in organizing seminars and Exhibit shows for promoting of our products.
• Calling on potential customers to demonstrate products and attempt to win new markets.
• Acting as an information channel between the company and its products and existing/potential markets; negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications; advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
• Recording sales and order information and sending copies to Head office for approval; reviewing own sales performance; making accurate, rapid cost calculations; feeding back to employers, information gathered on future buying trends.
• Manage Direct Selling Associates. Help them achieve their targets by providing them on the job training, working with each DSA for a min of 3 days per month. Get periodic reports from them and advise HR for their payroll processing
• This job involves direct selling.
• Customers would be Dairy Farmers, Feed Millers, Cooperative Societies and Milk Collection centers.
• Candidates should travel in bike for about 80 to 100 Km per day to cover customers.
• They will also have to Manage 2-4 Direct Selling Agents (Off Pay roll) and work with them for min of 3 days per month.
• The company is into providing total feed suppliments solutions and we are not into Veterinery Medicines, Injectables. No need to visit vet doctors and para vets.
• We do not want candidates from Human Pharma background.
