Job Description
• Candidate should be Graduate
• 6+ yrs experience
• Knowledge of Web development using PHP and MySQL
• This person will be expected to manage successful delivery of website development projects at Techwyse.
• These projects will be executed using a variety of technologies such as, PHP, MySQL/SQL Server, OS Commerce and CMS packages like Joomla, Drupal, Dot Net Nuke and so on.
• This person must provide technology and management leadership to development teams including participating in systems design and architecture, database design and project planning/management.
• They must be able to manage multiple teams of designers and programmers through all phases, from pre-sales proof of concept creation through development and deployment.
• They need to be able to coordinate with multiple clients, provide daily status updates to client/internal management, address client issues and communication needs and ensure all identified tasks are completed on time and documented effectively while adhering to prescribed development standards.
• A high level of process orientation and attention to detail is required for successfully executing this role.
• They would need to be involved in planning, development and implementation of quality testing methods to ensure the quality of all deliverables
• Desired Candidate Profile -
• Experience in dynamic website development using one or more of the following technologies - SQL Server, PHP, HTML/XHTML, JS, MYSQL, AJAX, CMS systems like Joomla, Drupal.
• Excellent Project Management Skills, ability to handle multiple project teams, act as a mentor to team members and independently handle all client communication.
• Proactive, organized and self-motivated with proven strong innovative and analytical ability with a desire to think of out of the box solutions.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and work flexible hours.
• Must have multi-tasking capabilities with attention to details and ability to follow up relentlessly.
• Capable of Understanding, analyzing and modifying existing popular open source scripts .
• Knowledge of database driven applications and websites, Database Design and Web Services.
