Candidate should be Any Graduate
5-10 yrs of experience
Job Description -
Take technical responsibility of solutions
Guide and support development team on a day to day basis to understand and implement solutions.
Hands on support to development team is expected
Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned solution and services during the entire SDLC
Ensuring technical alignment with other solution and applications
Refine and sustain software engineering practices during the SDLC
Engagement in pre-sales activities for technical activities
Interact with client for articulating technical decisions, participate in inception phase
Prepare technical artifacts in various formats for Knowledge Center and project deliverables
Simultaneously work on multiple projects
Maintain the standards, as identified for the project
Concur with project’s Architect with critical decisions and deviations
Commune with representatives of other projects
Engage with PM to prepare WBS, provide effort estimation
Participate and provide training on project specific technologies to the project team
Experience handling J2EE product development
Hands on technical leader
Hands on experience on LINUX environments.
Required Experience:-
J2EE application development.
Should have programmed in the formative years using struts, EJB, servlets, JSP and JMS.
Exposure to performance tuning of distributed J2EE applications.
Knowledge of profiling J2EE applications required.
Exposure to at least 2 J2EE application servers, one of them being JBOSS.
Knowledge in re-factoring techniques would be an added advantage.
Exposure to web 2.0
