Job Description
• Candidate should be Graduate
• Minimum 3 years in broking house
• Developing and maintaining customer relationship with the HNI clients to generate further business avenues.
• Dealing with online internet based share trading
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms by attending to clients concerns and complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.
• Preparing MIS and other business reports to apprise top management of the routine business operations which helps in critical decision making.
• Overseeing the documentation process for opening and maintenance of De-mat accounts adherence to KYC norms as stipulated by SEBI
