Job Description
Candidate should be BE / B. Tech Electric / Electronics Engg.
7- 10 years of experience
Knowledge of Telecom, Techno- sales / customer facing experience preferred.
Worked for Telecom Infrastructure / active/ passive/ DG Companies / Energy Sector
Actively participate in network crises manage effetely customer.
Uptime reconciliation and Sign off with other OPCOs / customers.
Liaison with IOC for operational support.
Liaison with local EB board for operational support.
Support to collection team for energy bill collection from circles.
Energy reconciliation and Sign off with other OPCOs / customers.
To manage high level escalation and timely update daily severe service affective situation with customers.
Will act as interface between O and M and customer for O and M related function
Buildup strong customer relationship.
Coordinate with O and M head and deployment manager to maintain data base related to operations which are to be shared with customer.
Keep HO updated on customer satisfactions Index.
