Job Description
Candidate should be Graduate/Diploma
0 - 2 yrs of experience
Key responsibilities -
Nuturing an on-going relationship and ensuring repeat business from a set of Key accounts in the given region
Analysing and documenting the customer's needs/requests/complaints
Educating and convincing the customers about moving to self-service and suggesting the appropriate advantages of the same
Co-ordinating with on-field Sales Executive/Sales Supervisor to help them better manage the joint key account
Requirements -
A graduate with excellent English and Hindi (other regional language) communication skills
Regional language proficiency (We currently require candidates who can speak Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Telgu, Bengali)
Good Analytical Skills and Persuasiveness (Ability to convince)
Prior experience in a service role is preferred though motivated fresh candidates may be considered
An ability to think creatively to aid in sales strategy
Proficient with PC and the Internet, as well as with MS Excel, MS Word.
