Job Description
Candidate should be Graduate in any stream / NCFM certification – Equity and Derivatives – NSE Cash and Derivatives and BSE Cash and Derivatives.

Worked for Corporate selling,Broking Companies
Branches -
To be responsible for P&L of the branch and for generation of revenues.
To ensure new client acquisition.
To advise and help branches in generating new leads for development of sub brokers / franchisees.
To coordinate and handle the day-to-day branch operations.
To interact with the customers to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.
To establish and support new branches in co-ordination with the Regional Manager and Vice president.
To help the branches in terms of recruitment, train the branch staff to effectively manage them to meet targets and restructure the non performing branches.
To resolve branch issues.
Franchisees -
To source, identify and establish new franchisees in co-ordination with branch managers.
To plan and enforce week end meetings with franchises to generate business.
To help in documentation and resolving franchisee problems.
