Candidate should be Computer Degree in Oracle Software
2-5 yrs of experience
Analyzing the current Business Activities
Requirement Gathering for additional Setups
Preparing AIM Documents and Training Manuals for HR Modules
Interacting with Onsite resources to understand the current Business Procedures (Customizations) in HR Modules.
Used AIM to Implement Apps
Analyzed client’s business processes
Identified the Gaps by mapping the requirements with Application Standard Functionalities
Bridged the Gaps using the workarounds and Customizations using Descriptive Flex fields, Special Information Types, Accrual formulas customizations and Self Service Personalization.
Preparing Current business process and future business process
Creation of Employee/Applicant Process, Employee hiring process, Termination of employee process with FnF, Employee assignments, Rehire Process, Absence Management Process, online Leave encashment process through SSHR with Approvals
Created Value sets, Key Flex Fields, Descriptive Flex Fields, Job, Grade, work structure, Business Group by interacting with the customers (end-users) directly on day-to-day basis to solve their issues.
