Job Description
• Candidate should be BE Mechanical or Electrical
• 10 yrs of experience in handling end to end factory operations
• Experience in SAP implementation in Manufacturing company is Must
• Male candidate should apply
• Plant Operations -
• Monitoring and streamlining the machines and processes to increase plant efficiency.
• Filling of daily machine status reports and monitoring the project status as well as preparing the Plant Operation reports and MIS.
• Designing new corrective actions to get back online.
• Advance planning of procurement functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations and finalization for purchase of all raw materials and capital goods.
• Setting up manufacturing processes and their sequence, norms and parameters in order to meet the Engineering /customer’s requirements with quality.
• Project Management -
• Supervising projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time Over-Runs and Quality Compliance; evaluating project progress and taking adequate corrective actions.
• Leading and motivating workforce; imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness / efficiency.
• Prompt corrective action for deviation to the Project Plan and discuss and agree upon to implement.
• Customised working on Cost and Time modules of Project. Working knowledge of MS Project software.
• Done all liasioning work for project like MPCB, Factory licence, PFA licence etc.
• Process Enhancement -
• Monitoring manufacturing processes, identifying any defects / deviations and taking corrective actions with the maintenance, production and quality department.
• Developing infrastructure, enhancing capacities, outsourcing and maintaining systems and MIS.
• Scrutinizing Process costing (Job order costing) of equipments to ensure adherence to budget and long term planned revenue model.
• Estimating cost for new product enquiries and also developing/modifying mfg. processes continuously to reduce the product costs.
• Quality Management -
• Establishing quality norms for meeting the customer quality requirements consistently by creating a world-class product from a well developed and properly controlled manufacturing processes.
• Implementing and maintaining the HACCP and other world-class quality standards. Identifying areas of quality loopholes and taking steps to correct and prevent the occurrence.
• Manpower Management -
• Incorporating bonded teamwork and managing healthy environment.
• Leading, training and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in all operations and meeting of individual and group targets
