Job Description
Candidate should be B.E/B.Tech-Civil
10+ yrs of experience in handling power and steel project
Close monitoring and coordinate execution of civil works.
Supervising construction of buildings i.e Residential and Industrial, civil works of power and steel plant project, ONGC, Textile project and cement plant.. reviewing and monitoring the progress of the project for ensuring completion of project within the schedule time and cost parameters.
Monitoring project with respect to cost, quality complaints and man power planning on project sites.
Securing on site project activities and overseeing the performance of the contractors ensuring complaints with quality assurance plans.
Managing all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and coordination with site management activities
