Job Description
Candidate should be B.Com/MBA
2-3 Yrs of Experiences
Experience in online broking sales and prepaid account sales.
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
Strong understanding of market and client requirements
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the assigned market and ensures sales goals are met .
Responsible for acquisition of online broking accounts and revenue generation from these accounts
Responsible for the recruitment, performance and development of the Sales Executives.
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Initiates and coordinates to source accounts from various sources including corporates.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans and promotions.
Provides timely feedback to superior regarding performance.
