Job Description
• Candidate should be B.E/B.tech Mechanical or Electrical
• 6-8 yrs of experience in a professionally managed organisation
• Experience of running the operations of multiple location.
• Age group of 45-50 yrs with Technical background from Plastic Processing
• The incumbent would be responsible for operations of various manufacturing units across India
• Male candidate should apply
• SBU Management -
• Hands on experience in managing strategic business units with independent responsibility for top-line and bottom-line growth.
• Skilled in devising and deploying effective vision and strategy, inculcating global best practices in ensuring consistently high growth rates.
• Maintain close monitoring of the market to align organizational goals with customer expectations and exploit market potential for growth opportunities.
• Manufacturing -
• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end operations from production planning and control, and production meeting challenging production targets with stringent quality, cost and delivery norms.
• Skilled in coordinating with various departments and agencies in ensuring smooth operations.
• Well versed in leading, mentoring, motivating and training workforce in delivering consistently superior results.
• Materials Management -
• Adept in various aspects of materials management like purchase planning, procurement and vendor development to ensure availability of material within targeted budgets meeting cost, delivery, quality and inventory holding norms.
• Well versed in inventory control and MRP using Oracle 9i and SAP R/3
• Manage effective outsourcing with control on logistics and planning, finalizing sub-contracts, and ensure timely delivery and smooth movement of stocks across India.
• Quality Control -
• Ensure consistent product quality by developing quality standards and implementing stringent quality control systems
• Monitor adherence to quality standards – ISO 9001 and by in-house production facilities, sub-contractors and suppliers.
