Job Description
Candidate should be MBA Preferred/ Graduate
Shall have 5 - 10 years of experience in selling Sanitary Ware Trade primarily into Projects Segment
Responsible to develop business in Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia Market.
Responsible to develop business in project segment.
Responsible to conduct BTL activities such as Architects meet, Plumbers meet and participation in Trade Fair etc.
Managing a network of Channel Partners for deeper market penetration and reach
Responsible to gather market intelligence and competitors activities.
Providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine-tuning sales and marketing strategies
Shall have well established contacts and references among Real Estate Developers, Building Architects and Building Merchants.
Shall have fluency in English.
Shall be able to work independently with minimum supervision
Shall have experience in Project Selling.
Shall have sound judgment and decision making skills.
Shall have good computer knowledge.
Shall be proactive and planner.
Shall be able to think Out Of The Box.
Shall be assertive as well as pleasant.
