Candidate should be Post Graduate
3 + Yrs of experience
Worked in Security houses or banking
Experience in any broking firm as a Branch Manager
Manage and Train all the staffs in the branch
Motivate team members
Conversion of existing data base and referrals to business.
Achieve given business targets.
Bringing the business to client by meeting up its customers, maintain a good relationship with clients and executives.
Managing client relationships.
Building a strong network of client base.
He shall be responsible for achieving Volume, Value Targets in given territory & increase business
