Job Description
Candidate should be LLB
12-20 Years of experience
Candidate should have adequate experience in Legal matters
Manage all legal actions i.e. handle arbitration, negotiations, settlements agreements, contractual agreements, legal disputes, liaising
Drafting & vetting legal document and also act as an advisory to the management
Contract Negotiation and drafting & vetting of agreements with various Vendors
Handling Legal Documentation, Contract Negotiation and Legal Compliance
Handle Company law Matters, Secretarial Matters
Compliance under Companies Act, Listing Requirements, SEBI, Conducting Board & Annual General Meetings
