Job Description
Candidate should be Diploma or B.Sc
3-6 years of experience
Experience in steel cord processes and/or SC testing
Worked in Industrial Products / Heavy Machinery

Analysing and reporting of complex metallographic analysis.

Metallographic analysis can be microstructural analysis on wires, cords, machine parts.

Performs failure analysis on tires and rubber reinforced materials.

This is performed by optical and scanning electron microscopy

Analysis and reporting e.g. means in depth analysis of customers’ requests, concerning products from SC etc. Provide professional reports and advices for failure analysis.

Discussions can be with internal and external Bekaert customer’s
Discussion of results with direct colleagues in other labs like BTC and BARDEC.
