Job Description
Candidate should be BE or Master – materials, polymer, mechanics, chemistry
6-8 years of experience in steel cord processes and/or SC testing
Lead the sample approval projects to meet customer requirements of adhesion/fatigue.
Lead the projects in solving adhesion-related problems at customer side.
Set up and execute joint projects with customers to provide added value and to gain knowledge.
Consolidate the knowledge of process drivers of adhesion/fatigue.
Gain knowledge about customer compounds and the effect on the steel-cord adhesion.
HRW: application knowledge, sample approval, and customer problem-solving
