Job Description
Candidate should be BE or Master – materials, polymer, mechanics
5-8 years of experience in steel cord processes and/or SC testing
Collect information on technology status and technology needs of Indian customers and follow up Indian tire market trend.
Support M and S in new product introduction projects – production introduction, and problem solving in the course of NPI at customer side.
Follow up the NP performance in customer process, indoor drum tests, and road tests. Validate the design targets of cord NP related with tire application.
Set up and execute joint projects with customers to provide added value and to gain knowledge.
Direct tire structural and forensic analysis to gain tire knowledge and help customers to solve problems.
