Candidate should be LLB / LLM
8-12 yrs of experience in Pharma
Manages the activities of the legal staff.
Assists upper management by providing legal advice and counsel on handling litigation and other legal matters involving the company.
Assists in developing and modifying policies and procedures to conform to legal requirements.
Drafts, reviews, or revises various company documents. Participates in complex legal projects.
Excellent communication skill is required.
Should have work experience into pharma legal department
