Job Description
• Candidate should be Any B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc
• 6 – 9 yrs of total experience
• Minimum 4 years experience in Siebel CRM Configuration and Customization
• Thorough knowledge of CRM Domain is essential.
• Strong Working knowledge on more than one of the CRM modules i.e. Account
• Management, Order Management, Service and Trouble Ticket Management,
• Product Configuration, Oracle Self-Service Web Care, Partner Relationship Management.
• Working experience in Unix Shell Scripting and Oracle SQL and Pl/ SQL
• Good working experience on Version Controlling software.
• Ability to work under pressure and to stretch during week ends/ Odd hours.
• Ability to formulate / take end user trainings.

• Strong technical and designing expertise to effectively assist the team in designing/ trouble shooting

• Manage the shifts for the team members and assign tasks accordingly with effective job rotation
• Ability to complete tasks within timeframe and quality requirements
• Ensure Customer satisfaction

• The candidate will be responsible for planning, analyzing and managing configurations of Siebel CRM
• Analyzing requirement as per customer business needs
• Planning/ Designing/ Trouble Shooting Siebel CRM Configuration and Customization
• Leading a team of Siebel CRM Developers
• Formulating and monitoring processes for better control with customer satisfaction
• Need to provide Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Management reports to Top Management
• Creating Job Rosters for the Team
• Enhance the knowledge base of the Team by exposing team members to multiple modules through job rotation
