Job Description
Candidate should be Graduate/ PGD in MM/ NITI
10 to 12 Years of experience in Supply Cain Management, Warehouse, Inventory
Worked in FMCG / Foods / Beverages /Retail Only
Infrastructure - Planning & development -
Developing network optimization models to be used for locating Facilities/ warehouse/ C&F, allocating capacities to facilities
Proposing the optimum alternatives for approvals
Assisting regions in planning and executing infrastructural development.
People Management
Develop required competencies in the commercial staff
Implement SOP's and Impart training for enhancing skills
Development , Negotiate & appointment of new C&F
Order Operation Management -
Ensure distribution planning across all location.
Ensure targeted distribution stock level is achieved at national level
Managing all Inbound - outbound goods movement
Ensure the compliance of state statutory requirement Road permit / toll tax /octroi /Road permit Mgt
Settlement of all disputes/ insurance/ claims etc. in co-or with commercials functions
Inventory Management -
Finalizing the finished Goods requirement plan at fixed frequency
Planning & Control using online monitoring & recording in Inventory Mgt System
Review Sales & Stock Norms at each stock points.
Take clearance of all Slow moving & Non movings goods with respective BUH.
New Business Support -
System and SOP for all new business support activities in the areas of inventory & distribution.
