Candidate should be Graduation/Post Graduation in Retail
1.5-3 yrs of experience
Achieved Annual Sales turnover
Achieved Daily and Monthly Sales Target Set for Store.
Increased the Sales of the Private Label Brands
Responsible to handle complete Purchase and Sales of the Store.
Planning for the Promotion Items Display on Weekends.
Managing the Staff.
Managing Inventory value, made available 2200 SKU's.
Implementing Promotional Schemes for Weekly and Monthly Basis.
Responsible for Complete Transactions of the Store.
Maintaining and Updating Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales report.
Maintaining High Quality Customer Service and Handling Customer's Complaints Efficiently.
Undertaking Monthly Stock Takes and Training New Sales Staffs.
Staff and Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising of the Stocks.
Store Opening and Closing Activities by Following SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
Sales Analysis and Preparation of M.I.S Report
