Job Description
Candidate should be B.tech/B.E/Diploma Mechanical
12-13 years of experience in Plastic Industry
Exposure to Plant Projects/medium scale technical erection/commission.
Good working knowledge on Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Electrical.
Knowledge of TPM/Continuous improvement programs
Overall Plant Maintenance – Preventive, Predictive, Breakdown.
Head the Plant Maintenance Department and guide a team of Engineers and Technicians
Work on continual improvement in minimizing breakdowns/downtimes.
Responsible for setting up & commissioning machinery in new plant
Work on automation wherever possible.
Budgeting, Planning and Monitoring of cost/work
Drive Energy Conservation program/machine improvement
OEM/Vendor co-ordination.
Good Analytical Skills with an eye for details.
Should have Strong leadership and people management skills
